Paradoc 0.2 adds labeled enum choices and source-language metadata across artifacts, schemas, builders, and CLI workflows.

## Highlights

* Enum and multiselect options use `{ value, label? }`, allowing display labels without changing stored values.
* Artifacts can declare a BCP 47 source language through `language`.
* Shared artifact methods expose the artifact `code`.

* Replace primitive enum arrays with `EnumOption[]`; multiselect defaults now contain option values rather than option objects.
