0.10 renames the builder namespace from `p`, which stood for Paradoc, to `a`, for Asterdoc. Nothing else in the API or the artifact format changes.

* Build artifacts with `a`: `import { a } from "@asterdoc/sdk"`, then `a.form()`.

## Breaking changes

### Core

* The builder namespace is now `a`, for Asterdoc. Import `{ a }` from `@asterdoc/core` or `@asterdoc/sdk` and write `a.form()`, `a.field.text()` and `a.party()`. `p` is removed.
* `asterdoc generate` and the code generator write `a.<kind>(schema)` modules.

## Upgrading from 0.9

1. Rename the `p` import to `a`, and each `p.` call to `a.`.
2. Run `asterdoc generate` again for generated artifact modules.

From Paradoc 0.8, first do the 0.9 `Upgrading from 0.8` steps with `0.10.0` in place of `0.9.0`, then these steps.
